Our spacious one bedroom apartments from 598 Square Feet and go up to as much as 797 square feet.  There are 12 different floor plans, all of them are unfurnished, and almost all offer easy outdoor access with a Deck, Porch or Balcony.  Each floor plan features one full bathroom and a spacious kitchen, and a living room.  Floor plan 1.5 includes a den or "study".  Some of our one bedroom apartments include an in room washer and dryer, while others will have access to our on site laundry room.

 

All of our one bedroom apartments are located on two different bus routes to offer easy KU and the rest of Lawrence, If you aren't interested in the bus, we are walking distance to the KU Campus and other parts of Lawrence.  Our complex is pleasantly landscaped, and each room offers idyllic views of the surroundings, offering peace and quiet combined with modern amenities.  Our Maintenance team and front office stay are friendly and responsive, and are there to help if anything goes wrong.
 

Meadowbrook apartments also includes an outdoor pool for the summer months, allowing you to take in the best of our weather.  If you need to work out, we also have a fitness center with a variety of updated equipment to help you exercise.
