Current Residents

We make it easy for our residents to take care of business without having to come into the office!  You can pay rent online and submit a non-emergency maintenance request.

Have some questions for us?  Check out our Frequently Asked Questions page.

  • When is rent due? How is billing handled?
Rent is due on the first of each month. You will not receive a monthly statement, but you are welcome to call the leasing office and check on your balance due. You may drop off a check or money order in the leasing office, or in the drop box located at our main entrance. Online payment options are available through Paylease. If rent is not received by the 6th of the month, a $25 late fee will be charged. For any additional days that rent is late, $5 per day will be charged until rent is received.
  • What do I do if I need maintenance?
All general maintenance requests may be submitted to the leasing office via phone, email or through the link on our website. All general work orders will be handled in the order they are received. Please do not use the live chat option on the website, as they are not able to contact leasing or maintenance staff. For all emergency work orders, please call our main number immediately. That number is answered 24/7 and on-call maintenance will be reached in an emergency. Emergency work orders are classified as heating, cooling, water/leaks, plumbing or electrical sparking or smoke.
  • I'm getting a pet. What do I do? How about visiting pets?
Should you decided you want to add a pet to your home, please contact your leasing agent before the pet arrives to avoid illegal pet fines. To add a pet to your home, please fill out a pet application, ensure pet deposit is paid and provide current vet records and a picture of the animal. Please ensure your future pet meets all requirements: • Older than 6 months • Spayed or neutered • Current on vaccinations • Under 50 lbs. **Maximum allowed pets in your home is a total of two. This can be two cats, two small dogs or one cat and one dog. Total combined weight cannot exceed 50 lbs. ** Visiting pets must be approved through management and have a paid deposit.
  • My life is changing. What are my options with my current lease?
Request for Assignment & Roommate Changes Should you find that you need to leave your lease early, Meadowbrook has an option called Request for Assignment. This processes requires you to be financially responsible for your apartment (rent and utilities) until it is re-rented. Please speak to your leasing agent or the leasing manager for the process and fees involved. If you want to add or remove a roommate, please speak with your leasing agent or the leasing manager for the process and fees involved. Please note that the roommate change option can only be used when there are several people on the lease. It cannot be used to take the only person off of a lease and replace with another.
  • My neighbors are being quite noisy. Who can I call?
For all noise complaints or security issues, please call our main number to report any issue you experience. After business hours, our security will respond and handle any issues. You are always welcome to call the Douglas County non-emergency number as well. Please call 911 if it is a true emergency situation or need assistance of an ambulance or police officer.
