Fall Reservation 2010
Meadowbrook Apartments makes it easy to reserve your apartment or
townhome for August, 2010.  In three easy steps, you can hold a studio, 1-, 2-,
3- or 4-bedroom aparment that fits your needs.  We even have 2- and
3-bedroom townhomes (winners of Top of the Hill for
"Best Townhomes" in
Lawrence, 2007 & 2008
, AND "Best Apartment Complex" in 2009!)

STEP 1:  Check out the many floor plans that Meadowbrook has to offer.
We have over
50 floor plans of studio, 1-, 2-, 3- & 4-bedroom homes in our
community--something for everyone's needs.  We will also have a variety of
display models to help you get a feel for the different types of layouts and
designs.

Your leasing consultant can give you further details about each of our different
layouts, and you can find more information
about Meadowbrook within this
website.  Some floor plans only exist on upper or lower levels; some floor plans
are in buildings which do not allow pets; some floor plans are in buildings which
are all-electric.  These are some of the many details that we can give to help
you choose a home that's just right for you.

STEP 2:  Once you have decided to make Meadowbrook your home, fill out the
Fall Reservation Addendum and turn it in with your deposit.
A deposit of $200 per person is all it takes to reserve your new home for
August--no application fee!  This deposit is used to hold your reservation, and it
becomes your full security deposit once you move into your apartment or
townhome.

Only one Reservation Addendum needs to be turned in per apartment or
townhome, but it will needs to be signed by all roommates.  And not all
roommates have to be present when you turn in the deposit, but the entire
deposit amount will need to be paid when the reservation is made.

STEP 3:  Make an appointment to turn in applications and sign paperwork.
When you place your reservation and give us your deposit, we will ask you to
set up an appointment to sign your contract paperwork within 72 hours.  You will
meet with your leasing consultant and she will take you through our contract
and answer any questions you have.

Don't live in Lawrence?  Don't worry!  We can take deposits with Visa or
MasterCard over the phone with a secure computer program, and we can sign
papers by email or fax.

When all the paperwork is signed and applications are approved, all you have to
do is sit back and wait.  Once we have assigned an apartment to your
reservation, we will mail you your final contract to sign (usually between May
15th and June 15th).  Then, all that's left is to schedule your moving truck!
