Meadowbrook Apartments forms for current residents

Meadowbrook Rental Application; required for all prospective residents
who are applying for an apartment or townhome lease. Current
residents who have requested a roommate change can print this off for
their prospective roommates to fill out.

If you will have a pet with you at Meadowbrook, or if you are a current
resident who is getting a pet, you will need to complete these forms and
have them with you when you put down your pet deposit.

Residents may request that Meadowbrook accept parcels for them if
they are not home; however, a current package release form must be
filed with the office. Package release forms are good for up to two
weeks, and can be re-submitted every two weeks as necessary. This
form can be faxed back to the office at 785-842-2871.

If all residents of an apartment or townhome will be gone for more than
7 consecutive days, we require that they fill out an emergency contact
form. This form asks for dates a resident will be gone, as well as
alternate contact information in case of an emergency.

This is given out to all residents at move-in; it includes important phone
numbers, rules and regulations, and information about Meadowbrook's
amenities.

Some Meadowbrook residents have homes with wood-burning
fireplaces. We strongly encourage all residents who wish to use their
fireplaces to read through these precautions.
