in a separate window.  We can show most apartments and townhomes on our 'available' list--we simply need to set up an
appointment a day in advance.

We update this page on a regular basis, but we encourage you to contact the Meadowbrook Office to confirm the availability
of the floor plans listed.  Availability can change very quickly; you can hold an apartment by placing your security deposit of
$250 per person ($750 max deposit).  

Apartments designated as "Original Meadowbrook" can have up to two pets under 50 pounds.  Apartments designated as
"Expansion Meadowbrook" can have one pet under 25 pounds.  The townhomes designated as "Tiburon" allow one pet under
25 pounds, while apartments designated as "Regents" do not allow pets at all.
