Meadowbrook residents can submit non-emergency maintenance requests to the office by filling out the form below.  We
receive these requests via email during our business hours.  When we receive your message, we will submit a service
request to our maintenance staff, and we will email you back to let you know we have received your work order.

If you have an emergency such as a water leak, furnace or air conditioner problem, or plumbing backup,
please call 785-842-4200 and report the problem to us immediately.  
Our answering service will field all calls after
business hours; if you get our after hours message when you call, press "0" to speak with an operator.  He or she will take
your information and page emergency maintenance.

YOU MUST GIVE US YOUR NAME, FULL ADDRESS AND CURRENT CONTACT INFORMATION--otherwise we cannot
guarantee timely completion of your maintenance request.

located (i.e. bathroom sink, master

and anything you have done
previous to submitting this request.
DO NOT EMAIL REQUESTS REGARDING FURNACES, AIR CONDITIONING, PLUMBING BACKUPS,
LEAKS, OR ANYTHING ELSE THAT NEEDS IMMEDIATE ATTENTION.  PLEASE CALL EMERGENT WORK
