The living room and dining areas in the plan 700 are adjacent to each other, sharing the same space. The large sliding glass door (seen partially on the right) allows for lots of natural light. The fireplace is pictured in the foreground.
The plan 701 (same as 700 but with a fireplace) has a wood-burning fireplace in the living room, across from the sliding glass door.
The extra storage/closet space in teh plan 700 is a great plus for any resident. Pictured in the background is a coat closet.
The plan 700 has a corner kitchen which loops around to the entryway via a hallway with pantry and storage closet (see picture 3)
The plan 700 kitchen is great for people who like to cook. It has more counter space that some of our other apartments, and added cabinets and storage for small appliances, cookware and dishes.

Views of the living room/dining room:
1.  View of the living room from the entryway.  The
sliding glass door to the patio/balcony is on the
outside wall.
2.  Some plan 700 apartments have a fireplace,
some do not;  the rental rate is the same for either
type apartment.  (The fireplaces are wood-burning.)

1.  The kitchen is adjacent to the dining room, and
is connected to the entryway by an additional
hallway with closet and pantry.  This photo views

entry door.  The closets are approx. two feet deep and run
the length of the wall.
3.  View of the dressing area, located just outside the
bedroom.  The sink, mirror and counters/cabinets are
outside the enclosed section of the bath (not pictured),
which hold the bathtub/shower and stool.
