The plan 2.1 has a layout with the living room/kitchen located in the center of the apartment and a bedroom/bathroom on either end. You can see the hallway from the front entry pictured in the background, as well as the public bathroom.
These brand new kitchens were designed with ease and class in mind. We have put more cabinet space in these apartments, and included stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and garbage disposal. To the left, the open door goes to the utility closet, complete with washer and dryer provided.

Versatility is the key to the kitchens in the plan 2.1. The large counter helps in cooking and clean-up, while the raised bar counter works splendidly as a dining room table--just add the barstools!
The spacious living room in the plan 2.1 is open to the kitchen, making a great room for entertaining or socializing. The door opens up to either a patio or a balcony.
The living room in the plan 2.1 separates the two-bedrooms, which is ideal in many roommate situations.
The bedrooms in the plan 2.1 are designed to fit a desk or other storage furniture along with the bed and other furniture. These rooms work well in roommate situations.
The master bedroom in the plan 2.1 has a private bath and a large walk-in closet with tons of storage space.
The master bath in the plan 2.1 is located in the master bedroom, making it more private. They come complete with sliding doors and plenty of cabinet space. Medicine cabinet is located on the right side of the vanity (just outside the frame of the picture).
The second bedroom enjoys a large window and spacious closet with French doors (seen to the left).

The shared bathroom in the plan 2.1 opens up to the common area, as well as to the bedroom. It is roughly the same size as the master bathroom with the same amount of storage space.
